My review is first and foremost for the quick, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
CointStats has a few small issues to deal with at the moment (i.e some wallet addresses are not able to be added manually). Sync takes 24h (if you are not a Pro /Premium user) despite force sync (why you might like to be a Premium user).

Good reliable apps for iPhone and Web. Superfast support if you need any help - this is very rare to find with any online software. I just had an issue resolved within 30 minutes!
Support responses are quick, polite and useful. CoinStats has proven to be very stable in the 1+ year I've used it. As with any app, there are a few idiosyncrasies, but none that have made me not want to pay for the premium version.

Fantastic app to keep up to date with the crypto market and my portfolio from my iPhone, the only one I use. It’d be great to integrate with Koinly to look at tax position in real time. Keep it up!

I had a problem with synchronisation of an old account… received a quick and profesional help with solution to the very end… till the problem got resolved completely!!! I have been using the app for 4 years now and I am still very satisfied! Good work! Thank you!
